🌟What’s Included
This Christmas chain comes with 30 chain links so you can choose when to start. There are also 6 patterned pieces that go in between the countdown strips.
📌What You’ll Need
Paper – we recommend cardstock for the best results. Some choose construction paper, but with these colors it will not show up well.
Scissors or paper trimmer – to cut out the chain links
Glue stick – or a tape runner to glue the paper strips together.
✨How to Make a Christmas Countdown Paper Chain
Cut the strips of paper apart.
Choose which day you want to start the paper chain countdown. Ex. If you start December 1st you will only need the number of days that go through December 25th.
If you are going to use the patterned links, add those after the days. You will end up tearing two links a day instead of one.
Start with the last day. Add glue or adhesive. Repeat with a patterened link and work your way down. Repeat for all remaining links.
The last link will be on Christmas day.
