It’s almost that time where the entire neighborhood heads out to go trick or treating and I am so excited! The neighborhood kids always stop by our house, but I always felt bad when we weren’t home, because we were out doing our own thing.
So I decided to make these cute trick or treat signs to set next to a big bowl of candy so they could still have a treat! It’s hard when you have your own kids and you can’t be there. So this was a great way to do both.
Be prepared for the whole bowl to be wiped out! Which is fine with me because we do not need bags of candy laying around the house after the fact. There’s also a few of the free printable signs that you could place near Halloween party favors, or use our 30+ printable Halloween treat tags.

✨Using the Halloween Candy Signs
If you are staying home, place the trick or treaters welcome sign out on the front porch and of course always the light on.
I hate when we run out of candy and have to tell the kids that or worse…pretend like we aren’t home.
So there are several out of candy signs, which is an easy way to handle that without having to go to the door. OR let them think you are avoiding them

Download the candy halloween signs to your computer. These are delivered in a US Letter PDF format.
Open and print as many as you need. We used card stock so they were a little thicker.
💡Helpful Tips
- For the highest quality feel use heavy white cardstock. You can also just use regular printer paper as well.
- Check ink levels before printing. No printer? Local print shops can help, and they are usually reasonably priced or you can check an online print shop.
- If you need another size other than US Letter, check your printer settings.
- Use the cute sign over and over by laminating and save it for next year.
- Don’t want to laminate? Place the printable halloween candy signs in a sheet protector instead!
