*Optional – laminator or sheet protectors – this is a great way to make the printables reusable without using tons of ink and paper. They also have self laminating sheets that are a little more expensive, but you don’t have to have the actual machine.
✨New Year’s Eve Word Search Puzzle Instructions
Find all of the hidden words in puzzle that are listed in the word bank. These can be going up, down, across, or diagonal.
To make things more interesting for older kids, you could set a timer and see who finds all of the words or the most first!
As an incentive for a little competition, add prizes to the mix!

💡Helpful Tips
- We love laminating our word search printables to make them last longer. Then have kids using a dry-erase marker to find the words.
- For the highest quality feel use heavy card stock. If this is just a one time activity, plain computer paper will be fine.
- Check ink levels before printing. No printer? Local print shops can help, and they are usually reasonably priced or you can check an online print shop.
- If you need another size other than US Letter, check your printer settings.
