📌What You’ll Need

18 inch evergreen wreath formMicheals Craft store is where mine came from, you can also get one from Amazon.

Green mesh – Mine came from Dollar Tree, each roll is 5 yards. I used 3 rolls, so about 15 yards.

Ruler

Scissors – if you have a rotary cutter, use that instead. It makes cutting the ribbon much easier.

Hot Glue Gun/Glue sticks

Grinch Bow – actually any bow will work.

Grinch sign – these come in a variety pack so you will have extra decorations or can make more than one wreath.

✨How to Make the Easiest Grinch Wreath

Cut all of the mesh into 12 inch pieces. My rolls were 5 yards, and I used all of it.

For each piece of mesh, you are a going to roll/scrunch one side to the other so it bunches together.

This is a great video if you need more of a visual for scrunching the wreath and attaching it to the base.

Add two bunches together and attach them to the wreath by twisting the branches together. Then fluff it out.

Repeat until all of the mesh is gone and the wreath is full.

Attach the bow to the wreath. Most of the time they will have a twist tie on the back.

Hot glue the sign in place on both sides so it doesn’t come off.

💡Helpful Tips

  • Think of the wreath like a clock. Start adding the mesh at 12 and 6. Then go from side to side so once you are done it will be even.
  • Feel free to use a different color mesh.
  • If your wreath form is larger, you will need more mesh.
  • Also, if you are using just the form that isn’t evergreen, it will take lots more mesh and time to make a full wreath and you will need pipe cleaners to attach to the form.

Hope you guys loved this simple tutorial for a cheap and easy way to make a Grinch deco mesh wreath without breaking the bank!
