📌What You’ll Need

18 inch grapevine wreath – If you can’t find these at Dollar Tree, check Micheals and Joann’s or Hobby Lobby and use a coupon.

Hot glue gun/ glue sticks

Scissors

Wire cutters

Dollar Tree picks – You can really use any of the floral picks you like, but I used 3 buffalo checked, 3 lamb’s ear, 2 flat holly, and 4 greenery.

*There are poinsettias pictured but I opted not to use them as I liked the greenery look better

Red and Black buffalo check bow – if your Dollar Tree doesn’t have these you can make your own with regular ribbon.

✨How to Make a Stunning Winter Farmhouse Wreath

Attach the bow to the wreath. There was a twist tie on mine so I used that, but you can also use twine or a pipe cleaner. If needed add a little hot glue to keep it in place.

Use the wire cutters to cut apart all of the picks so you have individual pieces to work with. Leave a little on the bottom so there’s enough to tuck into the wreath.

Start with the greenery picks and add hot glue to the stem, then weave between the grapevine.

They add the lamb’s ear and flat holly. Finish with the buffalo check pieces.

Go back and add more if needed to fill in the gaps.

Repeat the same pattern of embellishments on the top part above the bow.

💡Helpful Tips

  • Incorporate battery-operated LED fairy lights or string lights for a magical touch.
  • Use Dollar Tree’s pre-made signs or ornaments to anchor your chosen theme.
  • Positioning the large bow to the side, gives a more modern and cohesive look.
  • Cut larger florals or picks into smaller pieces to make them go further.

Who says you need a big budget to make your home look amazing? This Dollar Tree Farmhouse Wreath is proof that a little creativity (and a few bucks) can go a long way. So grab your supplies, pop on your favorite holiday playlist, and get ready to make a wreath that’s as cozy and charming as it is affordable. Happy crafting!
