📌What You’ll Need
Paper – to print the gift tags.
Scissors or paper trimmer – to cut out the tags.
Pens/pencils – to write in who the gift is from.
Foaming soap – you could really use any kind of soap, but the clear Dial foaming hand soap doesn’t have any labels and was cheap to buy.
Christmas greenery – I got mine from Dollar Tree and Walmart.
Wire Cutters – to cut the greenery in smaller pieces to fit in the soap.
✨How to Make an Easy DIY Soap Gift
Remove all of the packaging and sticky labels from the soap.
Use wire cutters to cut the greenery in smaller pieces so it fits into the bottle.
Print out the soap tags and cut down to size.
Add the berries and evergreen sprigs into the bottle and screw the top back on.
Attach the tag the bottle using twine or festive ribbon.

Download the printable tags to your computer. These are delivered in a US Letter PDF format.
Open and print as many copies as you need.
Once you have the soap tags printed, use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut around each square.
💡Helpful Tips
- Don’t overfill the bottle with embellishments, it may cause the soap to overflow.
- Clear soap scents show off the greenery the best.
- For the highest quality feel use a nice heavy card stock.
- Check ink levels before printing. No printer? Local print shops can help, and they are usually reasonably priced or you can check an online print shop.
- While you could use construction paper, some of the colors may not show up as well depending on color.
- If you need another size other than US Letter, check your printer settings.
