We are including two versions so that if you have an older child, they can participate too! You know sometimes it can be hard to stay awake until the fireworks go off, so this is a great way to pass the time by.

Since there are two scavenger hunt printables, you can play several different ways.
Clue version
- Use the answer key to see where to hide the scavenger hunt clues.
- Some choose to place prizes in each clue area, or give prizes away or a cool treat at the end.
Hunt Sheets
- Print out for for each child or team.
- Use a pen to check off the items as they find them.
To make this fun holiday activity a little more challenging, set a time to see who can find all of the clues the fastest.

- Cut out the printable clues if you are using the clue version. If not, print out the other scavenger hunt sheets.

💡Helpful Tips
- These fourth of July printables look the best when printed on card stock.
- To reuse the 4th of July party game, simply laminate the clues cards. You can also laminate the scavenger hunt sheets and let the kids use a dry erase marker to check off the items when they find them.
- If you have a large group of kids, or want to get the whole family involved, turn it into a team competition.
- To another fun way to add more flair is use patriotic decor around the clues. Think necklaces, a little American flag, glow sticks, a patriotic hat, confetti, and paper straws. This also helps younger kids to find the outdoor clues if needed.
