📌What You’ll Need

Milk jug – make sure it’s clean and dry before starting.

Sharpie – or any other type of permanent marker

Xacto knife – it’s very important that only ADULTS slice the milk jug.

Pom Pom – use a big fluffy pink one for the nose.

Googly Eyes – large ones

Pencil, Scissors, Glue

Construction Paper – pink and white

Paper shred – any color will work, but we used pink.

✨How to a Milk Jug Bunny Basket

Use the marker to draw a line around the jug where you want to cut.

Then follow the line using an xacto knife to slice off the top.

Glue the pom pom and googly eyes in place. Allow it to dry.

Draw the whiskers and mouth using the Sharpie.

Fold the white and pink construction paper in half, and draw the ears so the pink is smaller.

Glue the pink pieces to the white, then attach to the milk jug.

Fill the basket with plastic eggs, toys, candy, or any other spring or Easter items!

💡Helpful Tips

  • Kids will need help cutting out the jug. Xacto knives are extremely sharp!
