🎉 What’s Included in the 100th Day of School Printable Pack

This free printable download includes two colorful certificate designs you can choose from:

  1. Full Certificate Version – Includes the phrase “Presented to:” with a line to write each student’s name. Perfect for handing out during your 100th day celebration or sending home as a keepsake.
  2. Without the name – A simplified design without the name section, ideal for classroom displays, bulletin boards, or to use in digital slideshows and photo backdrops. It’s also great if you need something last minute and don’t want to handwrite each name in.

Both designs feature a bright school supply border, rainbow text, and playful fonts that make the certificates pop without using too much printer ink.

📌What You’ll Need

Paper or Cardstock -I recommend using cardstock for a more professional feel and so it’s more durable.

Printer

*Optional – laminator or sheet protectors – this is a great way to make the scavenger hunts reusable without using tons of ink and paper. They also have self laminating sheets that are a little more expensive, but you don’t have to have the actual machine.

💻 How to Type Student Names on the Certificate

If you’d rather type your students’ names instead of writing them by hand, you can easily do that right inside Adobe Acrobat Reader (the free version most computers already have).

Here’s how:

  • Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (not your web browser).
  • Click the “Add Text” icon in the top toolbar.
    • It looks like a little “A” or a “T” with a cursor next to it, depending on your version.
  • Click in the blank line under “Presented to:” and type the student’s name.
    • You can move the text box around or resize it so it fits neatly on the line.
  • Repeat for each certificate, then save or print your completed files.

Typing names instead of handwriting them keeps the certificates looking crisp and professional—especially handy if you’re preparing them for a full classroom or homeschool group!

💡Helpful Tips

  • Print on bright white cardstock.
Regular printer paper works in a pinch, but cardstock gives a sturdier, more professional feel—perfect for keepsakes and classroom photos.
  • Use “Best” or “High Quality” print settings.
This helps the rainbow colors stay vibrant and the text look crisp. If you’re printing a whole class set, check your ink levels first to avoid fading halfway through.
  • Laminate for longevity.
If you have access to a laminator, these certificates make adorable long-term memory pieces when laminated! You can even hang them on a classroom bulletin board as part of your 100 Days display.
  • Personalize each one.
Add the student’s name in fun lettering, or let kids write their own name to practice handwriting. It’s a small detail that makes the certificate feel extra special.
  • Pair it with other printables.
Make it part of a full 100 Days celebration, combine it with crafts, writing prompts, or counting activities for a themed classroom event that’s easy to prep and tons of fun.

The 100th day of school is all about celebrating progress, effort, and growth, and these certificates are such a cute way to make every child feel proud of how far they’ve come. Whether you use them as part of a big classroom party or a small recognition moment, they’ll bring big smiles all around.
