Non-toxic paint or ink pad – you’ll also need a paper plate if you are using paint to dip the child’s hand in.

Note: The digital download art print doesn’t include the actual hand print, that is meant to be completed by the child or student
✨100th Day of School Handprint Art Instructions
Once your have printed file of choice, let the kids choose their favorite color of paint or ink.
Cover the child’s hand with the ink or dip it into washable paint.
Press their hand firmly on the piece of paper without moving it around.
Let your child’s handprints dry completely before moving it.
Wash the little hands, and you are all done!
Be sure to use enough paint to cover their hands, but not too much paint where it will smear your child’s handprint.

Open and print as many copies as you need or multiple versions. The printable comes in 2 different designs so you can choose one or all of them.
💡Helpful Tips
- We love laminating our handprint crafts to make them last longer, and it makes the perfect gift for family members.
- For best results, use a nice heavy card stock.
- Check your printer settings and ink levels first before printing your printable art. We recommend using the best quality mode for the most vibrant colors.
- No printer? Your local print shop can help, and they are usually reasonably priced or you can check an online print shop.
- While you could use construction paper, some of the colors may not show up as well depending on color.
- If you need another size other than US letter size – 8.5 x11, check your printer settings.
- Check the label to make sure you are using washable paint to make clean up easier.
- Place these in a picture frame after they dry for a fun and special gift idea that the whole family would love.
- Feel free to use different colors of paint other than what we show.
