Supplies & Materials
- Potting soil or dirt
- Vine leaves or artificial greenery
- Toy shovel and rake
- Real pumpkin seeds cleaned and dried
- Small fake pumpkins foam or plastic
- Pumpkin seed packet
Instructions
- Fill your bin with soil or dirt.
- Add leaves or greenery to mimic pumpkin vines.
- Place pumpkins and a seed packet in the bin.
- Give kids a shovel and rake to dig, scoop, and “plant.”
- Pretend to grow pumpkins, harvest them, and replant seeds.
